We're hiring for a Global Digital Operations Manager as part of dentsu in London.
Purpose of the Role
This is an exciting role working within the Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team partnering with some of our most prestigious clients. Working closely with other members of the DTO Services Team you will be expected to lead excellence in all aspects of digital operations for this client; leading in areas such as governance of ad operations, taxonomy compliance, brand safety and quality control, leading ad-server traffic management and optimising ad/marketing technology stacks, workflow tools and processes.
You will become an invaluable partner to this client and provide best-in-class solutions, consultancy, thought leadership and services within the digital operations landscape. You will be required to have broad and deep subject matter expertise, an ability to think strategically, tactically and commercially and have outstanding communication skills to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of digital operations for our largest, global clients
- Aiding in the transition or implementation of any ad technology global seats
- Leading on brand assurance implementation for global clients
- Leading in reviewing global taxonomies and taxonomy compliance monitoring for global clients
- Leading on the global governance of global clients' digital operations ensuring local market best practice
Qualifications + Skills
- 5+ years in digital operations experience
- Extensive Digital Media Operations experience gained within agencies, digital platforms, or possibly programmatic networks
- A strong working understanding of digital media platforms (GMP, Flashtalking, Adform; web analytics tools such as GA, Webtrends, Omniture, Core Metrics, Signal, Marin; DCO; DMPs, Audience Manager)
- Experienced in trafficking within Google Campaign Manager and related stack
- Experience in supporting and leading the identification, formation and deployment of new processes
- Experience with building, maintaining and governing taxonomies and nomenclature for clients
- Experience managing digital projects with multiple stakeholders of various levels across multiple geographical locations
- Ability to clearly understand client objectives and to map these across digital media platform and operations configurations & workflows
