As a vibrant and pioneer brand, the Seedlip portfolio incorporates 4 x 70cl variants. The latest addition to the portfolio being Seedlip Agave. The portfolio has an extensive and complex renovation plan to be delivered over the next 18 months, targeting packaging and liquid optimisation to enable further brand scale. Seedlip's vision is to become the luxury icon of modern moderation and is on a mission to change the way the world drinks. It targets the premium/super-premium category space and there is a clear portfolio and customer role for Seedlip to halo the non alc opportunity alongside the launch of 0.0% Diageo spirits innovations such as Tanqueray and Gordon's.
Seedlip will launch a brand new mobile & commerce-first website in March 2025 which provide strong foundations for the successful applicant to build from. We have a strong social media presence and following with an agile approach to be relevant in culture. There are clear opportunities to join up the digital (D2C, social, CRM) and physical ecosystem to truly have an omnichannel approach.
Role Priorities:
• Lead the development of DTC & digital marketing for Seedlip
• Lead social media strategy & execution to build a digital-first brand
• Brief digital content & assets for Social
• Recommend paid media strategy aligned with key markets
• Close partnership and alignment with Head of Seedlip
• Build & drive implementation of global e-commerce strategy
• Lead the DTC platform requirement priorities and partner services required
• Create innovative digital solutions for Seedlip to attract new consumers to the brands & to drive commerce
• Create an always on culturally relevant digital marketing programme to drive mental availability for the brand and simple links to e-comm sites to enable purchase where there is limited off trade distributions
Accountabilities:
• Own development of DTC site to consistently entice and excite consumers
• Own global social strategy & content creation with culture-first approach
• Identify e-comm channel priorities and asset requirements
About You:
• Proven track record of digital development and expertise
• Experiential digital knowledge (strategy and activation) is a must - and a deep-rooted understanding of what creates best in class digital brand experience and brand story-telling across markets
• Strong understanding of how to build brands that are relevant in culture. And can adapt approach to guarantee Seedlip remains relevant in culture.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach who can quickly pick up briefs - complexity and pressure will not faze you!
• Highly capable at communicating in a succinct, inspiring way across levels
• Must have worked in a highly creative, innovative, problem solving operating environment or companies.
• Resilient & comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
• Has a grasp of commercials
• Delivery focused - we must deliver brilliantly, on time and at pace
