Overview

We're looking for a Global Digital Performance Strategy Manager to join our international team at Spark Foundry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of exciting global clients-ranging from a leading tech platform, to Perrigo, a global self-care company behind well-known health and wellness brands, and Goodyear, one of the world's most trusted and innovative tyre manufacturers.

In this role, you'll be at the centre of global digital strategy, shaping campaigns that run across multiple markets and channels. From performance-driven planning to insight-led optimisation, you'll have the chance to work on brands with real-world impact and influence.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading digital strategy and planning for a portfolio of global brands across multiple markets
  • Analysing client briefs, identifying key objectives, and translating them into actionable media strategies
  • Developing multi-channel digital campaigns spanning Display, Video, CTV, Paid Search, SEO and Paid Social
  • Coordinating global campaigns-project managing investment teams, timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth activation
  • Analysing campaign data and PCAs to generate insights, optimise performance and inform future planning
  • Managing budgets across regions, ensuring efficient allocation and impactful outcomes
  • Partnering with regional teams to adapt and tailor global strategies for local markets
  • Working closely with internal specialists (biddable, data, tech, strategy, investment) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Overseeing and mentoring a Digital Executive, supporting their professional growth and development

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in planning and managing consumer-facing digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Ability to translate holistic brand and business objectives into digital strategy, connecting channels to work in harmony
  • Experience with international or regional campaign management is highly desirable
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, GA4, and Double Verify
  • Strong understanding of reporting metrics and how they map back to business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts clearly
  • Proven project management skills-organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide more junior team members
