Overview
Global Craft Lead (Creative Director)
We're looking to bring on a Global Craft Lead based in London. A creative leader, you will drive the strategic development and execution of content-driven experiences that engage, inform, and inspire audiences. You will work at the intersection of technology, design, and storytelling to create scalable, data-informed content ecosystems that drive business impact.
This person will oversee the creative output on:
- Performance-driven versioning & adaptation
- Culturally relevant, multi-format social campaigns
- Retail & occasions-based campaigns
- Creator squads & influencer content
- Product feature & how-to videos (demos, recipes, etc.)
- Email marketing, CRM, and owned site assets
- PR & event-specific content
- Organic social, including reactive and always-on product-centric content
Beyond leading creative output, you will also be responsible for:
- Identifying, mentoring, and upskilling junior creatives across our hubs
- Collaborating with client services and production teams to ensure creative alignment and excellence
- Ensuring cultural relevance and resonance across regional outputs
- Upholding high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles with experience across content, social, retail, email, CRM, and PR
- Expertise in content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), and headless content delivery.
- Experience with AI-driven content automation, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale content transformation initiatives in complex, enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
