About the Role: As the Senior Director GCL, you will:

• Craft and execute global commercial strategies for our rare disease and anti-infective portfolios.
• Influence product development from pre-clinical stages to launch, ensuring maximum market penetration and success.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and navigate potential challenges.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to harmonize strategies and achieve commercial excellence.

What are we looking for:

• Demonstrated success in regional and global product launches, including strategic planning for early-stage compounds.
• Extensive experience in driving and implementing pharmaceutical commercial strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing P&L for brands or business units.
• Strong understanding of the clinical development and regulatory processes and requirements, ideally for rare disease products and anti-infectives.
