Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an International Account Executive to join our iProspect Global Team responsible of one of our international Luxury & Fashion clients. This is a full-time role based out of London (UK). Our team of 4 people is dedicated to work closely to the global clients in coordinating and planning cross country and cross channel campaigns. This team has the support of our Digital Hubs (Social, Programmatic and Search based in the UK) and is working closely with our Local entities responsible of Planning and Buying Offline media & Direct Digital campaigns.
The role of the International Account Executive is to work alongside the Global Client Director and Global Client Manager by being involved in all aspects of Account Management & Media Planning, with a primary focus on Market Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Global Client Manager, your key projects will be:
- Work closely with the Global Client Manager to respond to all clients briefs & requests.
- Work closely with the Global and Local Dentsu teams to respond to all clients requests.
- Coordinate Planning and Activation of local and global campaigns (Paid Social, Programmatic, Print, OOH & Direct Display).
- Ensure ongoing and accurate client/campaign reporting by building close relationships with our key Central & Market teams.
- Liaising with internal departments and client to ensure all relevant information is collected and that all output is action orientated.
- Supporting account team in account processes including finance and billing. Ensure all invoicing is accurate and always up to date.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in the industry, new insight sources, and strategic/planning approaches.
Qualifications + Skills
- You have a Business School degree or equivalent.
- Experience on a similar role project managing media for an international client.
- You are an expert with Excel (and the rest of the Microsoft suite).
- You have strong communication, collaboration skills and an excellent attention to detail.
- You are pro-active, autonomous and a team player.
- You are comfortable presenting to colleagues and to junior/mid-level clients.
- You have the ability to read a media plan and campaign performances, and to turn these into actionable media planning opportunities.
- You demonstrate interest in the luxury/Fashion industry and are aware of the key trends.
- Knowledge of OOH and Print is not a necessity but a strong plus.
