We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to play a vital role in driving the growth and success of Nature Valley. You'll be responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow your brand management skills while making a tangible impact on a beloved brand.

What You'll Do:

Support Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects for Nature Valley, aligning with business objectives and market trends
Project Execution: Support the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, informing brand strategy and product development
Product Innovation: Contribute to the development of new product ideas and renovation initiatives, working closely with R&D and other cross-functional teams
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of new product launches, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Agency Management: Support the management of external agencies (e.g. for pack design development), ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with brand objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives

What You'll Bring:

You're a passionate marketer with at least 2 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field, ready to make your mark on a growing global business. You have a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and the curiosity to keep learning as the landscape evolves.

Your analytical mindset allows you to turn data into powerful insights that guide smart decisions, while your creativity and innovation fuel fresh ideas that capture attention and drive engagement. You're an excellent communicator-both written and verbal-with fluency in English (and additional languages always a plus).

Above all, you're a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, juggling multiple projects with confidence and precision. You bring a genuine passion for consumers, constantly seeking to understand their needs, behaviours, and motivations to deliver marketing that truly connects.
