What your role is

To support bringing the well loved brand Häagen-Dazs, to consumers globally. This unique role is part of the Brand Experience function, where the team are responsible for orchestrating all end to end consumer focussed communications and packaging design and is available due to an internal move. This role reports to the Global Brand Experience Director on Häagen-Dazs and works closely with other stakeholders in Brand Management and across global teams. At its core, the purpose of this role is to assist in delivering enduring and impactful creative that resonates with consumers in the long and short term across the brand funnel. This is a dynamic and fast paced role where you will be managing multiple projects and stakeholders, thinking about how to drive distinctive and memorable campaigns, with a strong commercial focus on KPI's, reporting, and optimisations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with brand marketers, agencies, and cross-functional teams in the creation of consumer first communication and design, ideas and plans
  • Develops briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas rooted in consumer truths and insights
  • Ensure brand consistency across communications channels and touchpoints
  • Build relationships across disciplines and with external partners
  • Demonstrate leadership in identifying trends, opportunities, issues and best practices across marketing communications to drive brand experience that are culturally fluid
  • Develop and maintain an acute knowledge of the brand - category, consumer, competitor, and communications landscape
  • React quickly to strategically align with changing communications needs
  • Team player who finds it easy to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Budget management, tracking & reporting

What you will bring to the team

  • Experience working with multiple marketing communication touchpoints and developing best-in-class creative communication within FMCG
  • Experience with agency, media and/or multi markets, highly regarded.
  • Consumer first mindset. Be an expert, always learning about consumers, their behaviours, consumption patterns, and emerging trends in culture.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Leadership & agility to contribute to and execute plans within a matrix organisation
  • Ability to review learnings, data, and turn into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • University degree or equivalent professional studies in Marketing, Business or related fields
  • Ideally 4+ year's experience in a similar Marketing position, Creative or Design Agency with a leading global brand, highly regarded
