Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead Audience Strategy
- Shape global audience strategies and data-driven use cases.
- Maintain and enhance the audience framework and best-practice playbooks.
- Deliver insights and performance reports that inform campaign planning.
- Recommend integrations and measurement approaches to optimize audience activation.
Drive Audience Operations & Activation
- Lead in-platform audience operations, ensuring clean, accurate, and scalable execution.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to uphold governance and data integrity.
- Forecast, size, and activate 1st-party audience opportunities.
- Guide creative strategy for audience-led campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues.
Future-Proof Digital Audiences
- Support strategies that address identity challenges, cookie deprecation, and evolving digital standards.
- Create roadmaps, pilots, and operational workflows to prepare audiences for the future.
- Ensure processes evolve to remain compliant, effective, and scalable across markets.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with DMPs, CDPs, programmatic platforms, or analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of media activation, site tagging, and audience analytics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Confident communicating complex technical content to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, charismatic, and capable of building strong cross-market relationships.
- Experience managing workflows between global hubs and local markets.
