The Global Ecosystem Partner Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team is seeking an ecosystem associate director to tell the EY Alliances and Ecosystem narrative to the market and promote EY as a leader in ecosystem relationships globally. This role also supports and manages the ecosystem COE that provides support for EY's co-marketing efforts with key alliance partners. In this highly visible role, the candidate will lead the effort to further define, shape an extend the EY Ecosystem brand. Your deep marketing experience working cross functionally, being data-driven, flexible and detail-oriented will be important factors to success.

You will work collaboratively with the alliances and ecosystem go-to-market teams, ecosystem partner marketing teams, other BMC colleagues, EY knowledge teams, analyst relations, public relations, as well as the regions to ensure we deliver global results. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and execute high impact marketing campaigns, events and programs to drive awareness and create demand for EY's position as a leader in ecosystem value creation.
  • Work closely with the Ecosystem Partner marketing peers to support the co-marketing plans that drive awareness and create demand in the market.
  • Manage a team to support the COE, including social media, content creation, digital marketing, event marketing and communications.
  • Collaborate across BMC and the alliances and ecosystem teams to inform and connect on campaign strategies that drive market awareness.
  • Develop communications strategy to share ecosystem messaging globally.
  • Work cross functionally to champion how alliances and ecosystems could/should be included in significant announcements and launches.
  • Ensure budget management of all marketing spend.
  • Provide metrics and marketing analytics against all marketing campaigns and programs.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • 15+ years of related experience in brand, product and/or corporate marketing,
  • Powerful storyteller with the desire to bring nonlinear ideas to the table while executing a defined business strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results both individually and through extended teams.
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge and expertise within technology and/or professional services company.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • Experience building media strategies and working with external PR and media agencies.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
  • Experience with the use of a variety of digital channels to deliver initiatives to targeted audiences.
  • Good understanding of the EY business, key stakeholders and influencers
  • Experience managing diverse teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience
  • Previous Alliance marketing experience is a plus.
  • Previous internal communications experience is a plus.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Availability for US and occasionally global travel
  • High level of influencing and networking skills

What we offer

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $129,600.00 to $242,400.00. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $155,600.00 to $ 275,500.00. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
