Overview

We are hiring a Global Planning Manager to help shape the future of H&M's global media strategy.
In this role, you'll sit at the heart of a truly international team, connecting big-picture brand ambition with smart, actionable media plans across regions. Working within a single-client agency model, you'll help ensure H&M's media investment is cohesive, data-led and effective at scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys strategic craft, collaboration and seeing ideas come to life across markets.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Translating H&M's global brand strategy into clear, actionable planning frameworks for regional teams
  • Shaping global media strategies for key brand and performance campaigns across the year
  • Monitoring global brand campaign performance and identifying meaningful trends in real time
  • Partnering with regional teams to provide strategic guidance on priority campaigns, including Collections
  • Supporting the delivery of annual global strategy and media landscape analysis alongside the client
  • Managing global planning and commercial agreements with clarity and consistency
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture and collaborative way of working

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience in global media strategy and planning, ideally within premium or fashion-led brands
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance media across digital and offline channels
  • Confidence connecting strategic thinking with practical execution across markets
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills across senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving between detail and big picture
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and manage upwards
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and a desire to continuously improve how work is done
