Overview

We are hiring a Global Account Director, Client Leadership & Strategy to help lead global media and marketing transformation for Samsung, one of Publicis Groupe's most significant client partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys bringing people, ideas and markets together to create work that is clear, effective and commercially meaningful. You'll join Constellation, a multi-disciplinary team with a people-first approach, working across strategy, media, data, investment and activation to shape best-in-class solutions. It's an opportunity to influence global thinking, support local market growth and help deliver work that reaches audiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead central planning and account management across key global Samsung initiatives, ensuring work is well structured, connected and commercially focused.
  • Shape and evolve the annual Martech strategy to strengthen media governance, improve best practice and support measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the delivery of strategic projects from brief through to implementation, working closely with Data & Analytics, Investment, Measurement and Activation teams.
  • Build trusted relationships across Publicis Groupe capabilities, helping the client access the right expertise, products and solutions at the right time.
  • Oversee high-quality media-focused delivery, partnering with digital and data specialists to ensure work is accurate, consistent and actionable.
  • Identify better ways of working across planning, partners, data sources and processes, helping teams improve the quality and effectiveness of their output.
  • Spot opportunities to grow the global paid media scope by developing solutions that create additional value for Samsung and its markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in client leadership, media strategy or consultancy, ideally supporting large, complex clients across multiple markets.
  • A clear understanding of digital platforms, media channels and the role they play in integrated planning and activation.
  • The ability to turn data, insight and performance information into compelling strategic recommendations for different audiences.
  • Confidence presenting to internal and client stakeholders, with a collaborative style that builds trust and supports good decision-making.
  • A curious, proactive approach to solving client challenges, with an interest in innovation and the changing media landscape.
  • Experience managing complex workstreams, senior stakeholders and sizeable budgets with clarity, organisation and care.
  • A supportive leadership style, with the ability to guide, mentor and develop team members while working with a strong level of ownership.
