We're hiring for a Global Account Director as part of CARAT in London.

Purpose of the Role

As a Global Account Director at Dentsu, you will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day support to the Global Client Lead and the broader global account team. You will act as the bridge between the global Red Star team and local markets, ensuring smooth collaboration, effective execution of global frameworks and development of our overall network. This role requires agility, the ability to think on your feet, and being a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between global and local teams.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning, sharing best practices, and reapplying successful strategies.
  • Establishing and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in local markets.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the Global Media Team, providing insights about local markets.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with other chapter leads to drive change and innovation on the account.
  • Focusing on project and network management by establishing strong working relationships with colleagues across local markets, regional hubs, and Dentsu Network agency partners.
  • Supporting the team in the analysis of media reporting and competitor advertising investment.
  • Effectively organising and managing internal and external communication across a complex global network.
  • Driving successful Share Learn Reapply Culture to encourage innovation and network update of best practices.

Qualifications + Skills

  • 7+years in a similar role
  • Media industry experience essential
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and Salesforce
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Marketing Communications experience desirable
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Experience working with multiple markets and efficiently delivering local knowledge to global clients
