We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us in a prestigious B&I site near London Bridge. This is a Monday - Friday position which involves working daytime social hours.

We are looking for an experienced B&I General Manager who can lead a large team of 60.

Key Responsibilities:

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
• Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
• Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
