The Job Role

• A General Manager or Deputy Manager to support a busy gastro pub group
• To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• A General Manager or Deputy to take manage across numerous venue across the North
• A general Manager developing a high-performing and motivated team
• A General manager or Deputy Manager that can lead from the front and push the business future forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with managing large teams is a must due to multi site management
• A General Manager that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful General Manager will have similar experience in a Gastro Pub style venue or Restaurant background
• A General Manager that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
