The Job Role

• A General Manager to lead a busy premium wet led gastro pub
• A General Manager that is able to exceed in future planning for the business
• A General Manager that can lead from the front.
• A General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.
• A General Manager to develop a high-performing and motivated team.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.
• A General Manager with proven experience in a similar wet led premium pub role.
• A General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.
• Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
