We're now looking for a General Manager to lead our Huntingdon multi-user site, driving operational excellence, customer success, and strategic growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Huntingdon site operations, providing strategic direction and ensuring compliance with DHL processes and procedures.
• Drive "best in class" operational performance while delivering cost-saving initiatives and gain-share projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple customers, acting as the key point of contact for operational matters.
• Oversee complex project delivery, ensuring financial targets and timelines are met, and support growth through new business opportunities.
• Develop and engage your management team, fostering succession planning and improving employee engagement across the site.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have proven experience as a General Manager in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
• Are confident in managing full P&L responsibility and driving financial performance.
• Excel at building senior-level customer relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Possess strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and improving engagement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational excellence with strategic growth initiatives.
