Responsibilities

Leadership Excellence

- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.

- Set and uphold high standards for operational performance, ensuring the team consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Financial Acumen

- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience Enhancement

- Constantly seek ways to enhance the overall guest experience, from arrival to departure.

- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.

Team Development

- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognition.

Strategic Planning

- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high profile restaurant or hospitality establishment.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
