We are seeking a strategic and driven Partnership Activation Manager to join the Experiential team on a maternity cover basis, working directly with the Sponsorship team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering impactful client engagement programmes and shaping memorable experiences for C-Suite executives.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships, driving measurable business outcomes and managing the firm's hospitality assets and various client engagement programmes from end-to-end. This is all about working with our experienced marketing managers and event professionals to bring the best of our brand to life using our programmes, content, and experiential assets through the medium of business sponsorships and owned events.

You'll focus on key relationships and the areas of highest priority for the firm including major partnerships with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Team GB, Paralympics GB, Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), and McLaren. You will also manage high-profile corporate hospitality assets such as Wimbledon, Queens and RFU England home games, alongside unique client experiences like the Olympics lightbox experiences and social impact collaborations (e.g., Cook for Good and Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust). The role demands exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships Activations:

  • Lead the activation of major partnerships and a diverse portfolio of events, including memorable client experiences, sponsorship activations at Alliance and sporting events
  • Oversee full end-to-end management, from strategic concept development and creative execution to technology integration, production and financial reconciliation
  • Manage event sponsorship logistics, including contract administration, supplier negotiation and comprehensive project planning
  • Coordinate event registration processes, communications and provide on-site delivery support across UK locations
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, invoice tracking and identifying cost savings
  • Collaborating with marketing leads on communication plans and ROI
  • Manage multiple internal and external teams, delegating responsibilities to ensure project objectives are met
  • Complete all necessary health and safety and risk assessment documentation
  • To be a source of best practice for all event queries across sponsorship activations and firm-wide events

Client engagement programmes:

  • Design and execute memorable and impactful experiences to engage priority client accounts, acting as the UK point of contact for Global programmes and facilitating engagement with key events like Olympics and Winter Games
  • Support firm-wide initiatives and social impact collaborations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Corporate Hospitality:

  • Manage all UK hospitality ticketing and assets, overseeing the end-to-end ticket application process
  • Ensure QRS efficiency to align with the firm's entertainment thresholds
  • Familiarity with Monday platform for ticket applications and inventory management
  • Regularly corresponding with LCSPs, Business Industry Leaders, CRE's, QRS, and C&M leadership
  • Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses to ad-hoc queries
  • Maintain relationships with approved corporate hospitality providers, including commercial aspects such as contracting, QRS, TPRM, and BRMS

Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Work closely with multiple Partner stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights to ensure objectives are met
  • Regularly present to C&M leadership on corporate hospitality inventory and post-event data analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in event management, sponsorship activation and corporate hospitality
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a meticulous eye for attention to detail and a driven approach to delivering under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships and proficiency in relevant technology platforms (e.g. Monday, Cvent, CrowdComms)
