Job Description

• Lead and Inspire: Build, coach and develop a high-performing team, setting the tone for an exceptional member and team experience.
• Sales Focused: Drive membership growth by converting trials into loyal members through smart, customer-led strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring all departments operate efficiently and in line with brand standards.
• Financial Responsibility: Oversee club budgeting and P&L performance, using insights to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Service-First Approach: Champion a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment that consistently delivers world-class service.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to align your club with wider business objectives and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large operational facility, ideally in fitness or leisure.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
