About the role:

You're confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to influence, inspire and challenge where needed. You're commercially minded, client-focused, and energised by creating an environment where planners can succeed and grow.
You're likely to hold Chartered Financial Planner status or be very close to. You understand the importance of quality, compliance and culture and you're ready to make a difference in a firm that values long-term thinking and long-term people.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and inspire a team of Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client outcomes and a consistent service proposition.
- Coach and develop less experienced planners, creating clear progression pathways and supporting their journey to Chartered and Fellow status.

- Provide insightful performance reporting to leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
- Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture that reflects Attivo's values and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Champion technology adoption to improve efficiency and free up time for meaningful client engagement.

- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)
- Proven experience in leading or managing a team of Financial Planners
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, particularly with less experienced professionals
- Track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering KPIs
