We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to lead the team in Somewhere Glasgow.

The role

The role of the General Manager will see you demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach.

You will be responsible for bringing the best out of your team in a fast-paced environment. This will require the ability to oversee a management team as well as the entire front of house operation. However, the most important aspect of your job is to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and your team.

The Ideal candidate

You'll be a born leader with previous managerial experience in a simular style venue.

You're an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments.

You're driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

You'll have 4 plus years experience in managing a cocktail bar and have expierence of running a floor with table service.
