The Job Role

• A General Manager to lead a busy high volume venue
• A General Manager that is passionate about managing an authentic, fresh-food-based venue
• A General Manager to manage a new opening
• A General Manager to manage large teams both Front and Back of house.
• A General Manager that is able to exceed in future planning for the business
• A General Manager that can lead from the front.
• A General Manager to continually drive standards of food and drink service forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy high volume environment.
• A General Manager with proven experience in a similar large venue.
• A General Manager that is hungryfor growth - not just for the business but also in their own career.
• The ideal candidate will be from a full service restaurant.
• Experience with managing a large team is a must
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
