The Job Role

• Managing a team of circa 40 staff.
• General Manager of a 20 bedroom gastro pub with rooms.
• Leading from the front, the General Manager will be the face of the boutique hotel, driving local business.
• Delivering a financial budget
• 5 days over 7
• Responsible for driving the business forward

Requirements

• You will have managed fresh food gastro pubs with rooms ideally
• This is not a first time General Managers position.
• The General Manager will be driving local business so we are looking for a real people person.
• We are looking for a hands on operator - this is not an office based role.
