We're currently recruiting a dedicated General Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Who you are:
Our ideal General Manager will:
- Previous experience in contract catering, managing a large site
- Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
- Track record of growing sales and retaining business
- Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to deliver an exceptional Customer experience
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams
- Positive attitude and adapts to changing Organisational and Operational service needs
- Proven record in HR engagement and people management
- Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levels
- Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results
- Financially astute with proven track record in managing P&L and achieving budget targets in a large Commercial operation
- Compliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreements
- IT Literate (MS Office, Email)
- Full Clean Drivers Licence.
