General Manager Up to e40,000 plus Bonus
Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.

Now, we're on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Ash Tree and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Ash Tree is a beautiful canal side location with an amazing garden- just Two miles from Rugeley town centre . The pub was invested in 2019 and is still in excellent condition. It has a large external children's play area with additional covers of 150 and a self-contained external bar. This has been classed as one of the best gardens in the local area with the benefits of the good weather. Access situated on a main road with also a large car park to the front of the pub. Contains a large bar area which attracts more drinkers with gaming machines, comfy seating and a TV. There are two large dining areas with an open fire place benefitting both and also a large L shaped bar. The Ash tree sits in our community food format and has an average weekly takings of e18,000. It is 55% food and 45% wet. The accommodation also has 2 bedrooms for management. It has amazing potential for a new manager to continue to grow the sales in this site .
