About the Job you are considering:
The GenAI Solution Architect will lead the design development and delivery of enterprise grade Generative AI solutions across business functions This role requires deep expertise in AIML architecture LLMs vector databases prompt engineering cloudnative platforms and responsible AI governance The architect will partner with product data engineering and business stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable secure and productionready AI solutions
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions across business functions.
- Define end‑to‑end GenAI architectures using LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, and RAG frameworks.
- Architect scalable cloud‑native GenAI pipelines covering inference, fine‑tuning, hosting, and MLOps.
- Design vector search systems using leading vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, and Weaviate.
- Drive PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts while selecting the right LLMs for each use case.
- Oversee integration of GenAI solutions with APIs, microservices, and enterprise data platforms.
- Ensure AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy compliance, and secure data access patterns.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into AI value.
Your Skills:
- 10+ years in technology with 4+ years in AI/ML or architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, RLHF, and RAG architectures.
- Expertise in Python, API design, microservices, and cloud‑native solution patterns.
- Practical experience with MLOps platforms: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML.
- Deep understanding of vector databases and embedding models.
- Strong documentation, architectural design, and solution governance capabilities.
- Bonus strengths: enterprise architecture frameworks, Kubernetes, regulated‑industry AI deployments, and hallucination mitigation techniques.
