Future Care Planning Volunteer - Carmarthenshire
Community-based, volunteer opportunity
Make Time Matter
Are you a compassionate listener and confident communicator? We're looking for empathetic individuals to join our volunteer team to support people as they talk about their end-of-life wishes and what matters most to them.
What you'll be doing
- Visiting individuals to help them reflect on and share their end-of-life preferences
- Recording their wishes accurately using provided tools
- Supporting awareness and outreach events across the community
- Collaborating with other organisations and helping to co-facilitate volunteer training sessions
