Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple furniture consultancy projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the furniture consultancy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management or a related field are highly desirable.
