Leading global D&B fit out company are seeking an expereince furniture manager to help build their division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the furniture division, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional delivery of services. This pivotal position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the furniture procurement process for bespoke fit-out projects
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure project specifications are met
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms
  • Lead a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems to streamline efficiency
  • Analyse market trends to inform strategic purchasing and sales initiatives

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in furniture management or a similar role within the design and build industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Adept at budget management and cost control
  • Degree in Business Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred
