Location: Camden - Full-time role 37.5hrs

What we're looking for...
FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for an experienced Brand Marketer with 3-5 years applied brand management experience with depth and breadth across the key pillars of; innovation; brand activation; communications; commercial; equity; strategy.
Your responsibilities will include...
- Support the development of the cocktail category vision: analyse market data and market share (Nielsen, Kantar, CGA, customer data etc), build recommendations for strategic projects.
- Draw insights from analysis of the data to take the 'what' to 'so what' and build best in class category partnerships with customers
- Commission and analyse consumer health data (Kantar) at key periods during the year
- Be a key part of the strategic brand planning team, during the annual process. Responsible for customer and consumer insights and analysis and the resulting development of category driven story to support our key projects.
- Support the timely reporting of the marketing budget monthly
- Own the concept, briefing and packaging development, to launch of all range extension NPD, EPD and 'core' projects
- Manage design agencies, to ensure delivery of key projects on time and budget and to meet preset objectives.
- Robust post launch/campaign analysis of all marketing activities vs preset objectives with clear learning recommendations for future brand strategy.
- Actively manage tail products in the FUNKIN range
- Lead brand photography and consistency through brand guidelines
- Lead brand sampling efforts
- Lead the brand health scorecard tracking with clear analysis, insight and recommendations to improve.
- Act as consumer champion and brand guardian
- Continuously looking for ways to bring the outside in to ensure the brands continued success
- Day to day ad hoc tasks involved in the running of the brand.
