Overview
ABOUT THE CLIENT AND THE TEAM....
- Nestlé is the world's largest food and beverage company, headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland. The NestléOne team, based within Zenith International in London, act as the the Global Centre of Excellence for media within Publicis Groupe. Our media scope spans across APAC as well as in the Americas. Beyond media, Nestlé and Publicis have a longstanding relationship including creative, content and production.
- The NestléOne team is responsible for delivering best-in-class strategic guidance, consultancy and delivery of industry-leading technology and tools, to drive growth. We partner closely with a range of clients, working at both the Nestlé Group Marketing level but also the individual Business Units.
- This role will also sit within the wider Zenith International Performance department, which includes agency offering across Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search & SEO.
ABOUT THE ROLE....
- Leading the collaboration and project-based consultancy work with the Global Search team at Nestle Group Marketing as well as Nestle category, brand and market teams.
- Driving delivery of all Search workstreams, creating impactful thought-leadership on topics impacting Search, i.e. emergence of LLMs, GEO, Retail Media etc., building client relationships and driving revenue into the agency.
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE WORK....
Work
- Creation of strategic playbooks across paid search, SEO and cross-platform Search
- Consultancy for local market Zenith teams on Search best practice and ah-hoc consultancy on strategic projects
- Governance of local market Search practice versus a centrally agreed set of best practice parameters, agreed with and reported to the client
- Driving innovation for Nestlé in performance media across platforms, channels and emergent areas such as AI Search
- Strategic integration with broader Nestlé projects and strategy across media planning, digital, data & tech
Clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the Nestlé Global central team, particularly with the Global Head of Search
- Provide excellence client services and strategic delivery across Nestlé brand, market and category teams
- Support local Zenith markets with local market client requests and projects on an ah-hoc basis
Commercial
- Creation of project-based scopes in relation to Paid Search, SEO and Performance Media consultancy projects.
- Tracking and understanding of overall Global client commercials and how they relate to Search & Performance media
- Identification of proactive opportunities to grow our scope of work with the client and to help meet team revenue targets
- Understanding of local market activation scopes as it relates to paid search and digital activation
Team
- Directly manage one SEO director, overseeing strategic delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage local market teams to oversee best-in-class delivery of work
- Close collaboration with the Global central Nestlé team at Zenith international across broader account strategy and initiatives
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....
- Experienced Paid Search practitioner, with strategic expertise across paid, organic and cross-platform Search (e.g. retail, Social)
- Experienced working with leading Global brands on both a cross-market and centralised operating model across both strategy and best-practice governance
