About The Role
The Marketing Partnerships Creative team collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. The team consists of (3) disciplines: Brand Strategy, Creative, and Creative Production. This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly. We are seeking an FTC creative producer with strong experience working on brands from various categories. You will own the production of Netflix's major partnerships with global/regional brands as well as top creative/media/partnership agencies, across a variety of product categories in support of Netflix's content releases and its platform. This role will act as 'executive producer' for the creative output of our emerging integrated marketing and sponsorship offerings which are new to Netflix and come on the back of our Ad-supported tier and our increasing ventures into live entertainment. **This is a maternity cover for 12 months**
All candidates should demonstrate their deep experience and passion for creative advertising. But the truly outstanding candidates will offer a clear and compelling point of view on how to produce great creative and how/why Netflix is well positioned to offer something new and better to enhance the entertainment experience for both brands and members alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the lifecycle and execution of large scale projects and partnership programmes - establishing efficient workflows, agency engagement, timeline/budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, etc.
- Close working relationship with strategy and creative as core creative function
- Develop execution plans and ways-of-working that can scale across regions.
- Establish agency roster inclusive of service agreements, onboarding and scopes of work. Partner with agency partners to develop & adhere to the plan.
- Act as key liaison and day-to-day contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on creative output of partnership programmes
- Manage any bespoke AV productions/shoots (if/when needed) - some line production experience would be valuable, but not essential
- Partner with the localization team to prepare and traffic to regional marketing teams, as needed.
- Forecast and manage budgets, including negotiating of estimates/bids. Manage invoicing as needed.
- Help implement and utilize current work processes and develop new methods to further streamline the workflow in UK as well as setting best practice across EMEA
- Manage all tasks and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions and all tasks are properly assigned.
- Resource management for the entire team, anticipating and planning for thoughtful contract and agency support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Advertising Production
- Deep experience and understanding of bespoke campaign development - working on fast paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
- Experience within a film or TV studio environment is valuable, but not essential
- Experience with marketing creative concepting, asset production, and delivery.
- Experience with identifying, negotiating and managing external creative agency partners.
- The best candidate will have strong written/verbal skills, ability to multi-task and ability to manage and edit basic graphic designs and deck templates.
