Publicis Imagine is our "Power of One" solution for an iconic entertainment client, a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind - to be the most valuable partner in creating the next era of entertainment.

Our London-based EMEA & UK team comprises c. 100 people, who are dedicated to the client's business, and supported by local teams in 27 markets across the EMEA region, who are a true extension of our team.

Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE....

Publicis Imagine is looking for an EMEA Business Director, covering maternity leave.

In this role, reporting to the EMEA Managing Partner, you will lead the Client Leadership & Account Management team, being responsible for an immediate team of 4.

You'll work closely with our EMEA Strategy and Digital teams, as well as leaders across our other lines of business and specialist teams in London.

You'll work with regional clients across the portfolio of business.

You'll be responsible for a network of 27 markets, and will build relationships with your counterparts in each of the local teams.

There has never been a more exciting time to work in the Entertainment category, with the streaming landscape evolving rapidly and remaining a huge focus as well as Cinema nearing a return to pre-pandemic levels.

This is fast-paced, ever-changing client and a business that is both rewarding and fun to be a part of.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE WORK....

Client Relationship & Leadership

Lead the relationship with senior EMEA clients, building trust and credibility and ensuring they value your input

Ensure high-scoring client service reviews and proactively create and implement action plans to address any issues

Maintain a deep understanding of your client's business and marketing objectives, and drive and educate the wider team to do the same

Partner with clients to lead and drive key projects that are critical to their business, while also overseeing all projects

Determine upsell opportunities leveraging wider Publicis capabilities and ensuring the client has access to the very best Publicis has to offer

Business & Internal Leadership

Maintain a comprehensive view of account health, pressure points and areas of opportunity across the three lines of business

Support our EMEA Commercial Lead in the annual commercial negotiation, including team structures for the EMEA teams and inputting on local market resource requirements

Manage the Scope of Work, overseeing the team's delivery throughout the year and keeping abreast of asks that are out of scope. Lead annual scope of work adjustments and manage client discussions when needed

Oversee our delivery and quality of product and stay close to the day-to-day running of the account, helping to connect the dots and offer a strategic voice, while also diving into the details when needed

Bring together the best of our network's talent and products to deliver solutions and proactive improvements both internally and on client-facing projects

Build strong relationships with your counterparts in local markets, understand and advocate for their needs while also ensuring we get the best from our network

Always look for operational efficiencies to ensure our ways of working develop and evolve at the required pace

Team Management & Growth

Responsible for the growth and development of talent, proactively managing performance and opportunities for direct reports as well as the wider team

Coach and inspire individuals you work with to deliver their very best work and help create a culture of exceptional performance among our team

Ensure a balanced workload across the team, stepping in to avoid pressure points becoming an issue

Drive connectivity and collaboration with other Publicis Imagine line of business, ensuring learnings and best practice are shared and celebrated across teams

Take an active role in building the Publicis Imagine culture and helping to ensure this lives and breathes in everything we do
