The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our guest-facing operations and help shape the guest experience from day one. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark opening and contribute to the legacy of one of the world's most iconic hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across Front Office, Bell/Door Services, and Switchboard
- Deliver seamless arrivals and departures with anticipatory, personalized service
- Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with St. Regis standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to implement pre-opening strategies and SOPs
- Drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in front office operations within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
