We are seeking a talented Front Office Manager to join the Claridge's Front Office team.

As Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Creating renowned memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Leading and developing the Reception and Guest Relations team.
- Achieving the departmental objectives of maximising occupancy
- Maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished
- Ensuring guest service is maintained to the Maybourne Hotel Group standards
- Recruitment, evaluation and development of employees as well as managing performance.
- Ensuring that training is carried out as appropriate, correcting and giving constructive directions where ever it is needed.
Successful candidates for our Front Office Manager opportunity will:
- Have proven experience working within a similar position within a luxury environment.
- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Have proven experience in leading and developing a strong team.
- Have immaculate personal presentation.
- Be able to work in a pressured environment, and consistently reach high standards.
