The Package
- £33,000 per annum
- Training and support to develop and progress

The Job Role
- Front Office Manager for 4* property
- To manage and lead the reception team of 11
- To welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
The Requirements
- The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in hotels as a Front Office or Reception Manager
- A professional and attentive Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile"
- Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
- Experience in Opera is preferred, although not essential.
