The Job Role
- Front Office Manager for 5* property
- To manage and lead the reception and reservations teams
- To welcome guests at an impeccable standard, providing exceptional customer service
- Have a passion for providing hospitality and exceeding guests expectations
The Requirements
- The successful Front Office Manager will have previous experience in a 4 or 5* property as Reception or Front Office Manager
- A professional and attentive Front Office Manager, willing to go "the extra mile"
- Have great leadership skills, to progress and motivate the front office team
