About the Role:
Robinson's is one of the nation's most loved brands with over 9 million glasses enjoyed every day.

We are looking for a talented brand manager to join the team and manage the RTD portfolio, this sub-brand has ambitious growth plans and we need to bring in an individual who can help drive this exciting part of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage commercial and brand performance across key parts of the portfolio that are critical to growing the brand.
  2. Develop comms and media plans for our summer campaign.
  3. Develop and bringing NPD to market.
  4. Line manage an ABM
  5. Lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes.
  6. Work closely with project management and innovation to ensure delivery on time and in full against agreed objectives.
  7. Support Marketing Controller in delivering clear updates to all key stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Branded commercial experience.
  2. Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L.
  3. Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery.
  4. Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans.
  5. Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
  6. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
