Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front of house team, setting clear expectations and driving performance to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a key partner to the Aftersales Manager, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across service reception and workshop planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching the team to grow their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
- Uphold and champion the core values of the Vindis Group at every touchpoint with colleagues and customers.

About You:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service or aftersales within the automotive sector, who is now looking to step into a senior leadership role. You'll be passionate about people, process, and progression - with a genuine ambition to develop into an Aftersales Manager role in the future.
