The Job Role

  • The Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for leading the teams across Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance
  • Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards to a variety of clientele.
  • Rooms Division Manager within a 4* brand hotel.
  • Reporting directly into the hotel General Manager
  • You will be on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring the hotel operations run smoothly
  • Very hands-on role

The Requirements

  • Successful Rooms Division Management in a smaller hotel or experienced Front Office Manager in a larger hotel
  • Rooms Division Manager will have the ability to lead from the front
  • Candidate from brand hotel sector where its standards focussed
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
  • Brand service standards driven with a desire to be the best
  • Attention to detail
