Freelance Wholesale Manager - Spring Summer ‘25 Campaign

We're looking for an experienced wholesale professional to join our dynamic sales team ahead of our upcoming Spring Summer '25 campaign. You will support with market preparation, independently manage top global accounts, conduct showroom sales and expertly close the sales season in line with company targets. The ideal candidate will already have +5 years experience in the luxury wholesale sector with a strong network of industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand strong client facing relationships with luxury department stores and speciality retailers across the EMEA region
• Secure appointments with both new and existing accounts ahead of Paris fashion week, utilizing their own database and in house contact list.
• Analyze sell through data and buying trends to prepare for appointments across all categories
• To conduct allocated wholesale appts in market seamlessly to ensure that budgets are met and that key looks and relevant categories are always included
• To liaise closely with wider permanent team and the Sales Director at all times to communicate and log market intelligence and financial forecasts
• Ensuring that orders are logged accurately across all B2B platforms (experience with Joor or similar platforms essential)
• Support the wider team with Showroom related activities such as showroom set up, collection briefings and and showroom set down

Person Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven recent experience in Luxury fashion RTW wholesale
• Candidate must be willing and able to travel during September 2024 for fashion week (to Paris, France)
• Must be results driven, highly motivated - and with proven negotiation skills
• A team player and able to collaborate in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with sound administrative and data analysis capabilities
• Candidate would ideally have experience working with leading department stores and online players (Netaporter.com, Selfridges, Harrods etc)
• Additional language skills are highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
