We are recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a six month contract to oversee a £2.5M office full strip out and fit out project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at delivering high-quality refurbishments on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently.
• Uphold health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and provide regular reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.

• Strong knowledge of strip out processes and high-spec office fit outs.

• Ability to oversee site logistics, quality control, and contractor coordination.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
