Freelance Product Manager - Contract

* Title: Product Manager (Freelance)

* Start: Monday, 12th January 2026

* Length: Contract until mid-June 2026 (approx. 5-6 months)

* Client: Consumer subscription product (streaming / digital media)

* Day rate: £425 per day

* IR35: Inside IR35 (Umbrella only, not Sole Trader or Limited company)

* Location: London - High Street Kensington

* Work pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site (non-negotiable)

* Work schedule: 5 days a week

* Reporting into: Senior/seasoned Product Managers & Product leadership

* Level: Strong individual contributor, delivery-focused
The role

We're looking for a delivery-focused Freelance Product Manager to support a consumer subscription digital product across web and mobile.

This is a hands-on, execution-led role working alongside seasoned Product Managers. You will not own the roadmap - the focus is on delivery, collaboration and shipping.

Ideal for a midweight Product Manager who enjoys operating as an individual contributor and working closely with Engineering and Design.
What you'll be doing

• Deliver against an existing road-map across web and mobile
• Translate requirements into backlogs, tickets and delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Design
• Support mid-funnel conversion initiatives (desirable, not essential)
• Participate actively in planning, stand-ups and team sessions

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Product Manager on consumer digital products
• Must have experience with media, publishing, and adjacent companies
• Comfortable working across web and mobile apps
• Collaborative, communicative and delivery-driven
