About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Freelance Marketing Manager with expertise in branding, digital marketing, and content creation to support a leading workplace design and fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rebranding, website development, and social media management, with a focus on elevating the company's online presence and brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives within the construction, commercial interiors, or workplace design sectors.

The role is flexible, with the option to work on a part-time or project basis, and can be fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebranding Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a refreshed brand identity, including logo, visual assets, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Website Redesign: Oversee the rebranding and redesign of the company website, ensuring it reflects the new brand identity, is user-friendly, and optimised for SEO and lead generation.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement, grow followership, and enhance brand visibility across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for the website, social media, and marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and copy, to showcase the company's expertise in workplace design and fit-out projects.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business development efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement, providing actionable insights to optimise future efforts.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Branding Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing brand identities, including logo design, visual assets, and brand guidelines.
  • Website Management: Strong knowledge of website design and development, with experience using platforms like WordPress or Webflow. Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Social Media Savvy: Expertise in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) and using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule and analyse content.
  • Creative Content Production: Strong skills in graphic design, video production, and copywriting, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Digital Marketing: Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social, and SEO.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in the construction, commercial interiors, or workplace design sectors is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, branding, or web design are a plus.
