Role Overview:
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success. You will lead a talented team of professionals, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful dining experience. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and food quality, while also fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and guest relations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect the latest food trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

What we need from you

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant and/or Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
