BAM FM is recruiting a Frameworks Manager to join our Bid team. This position will involve a mixture of working from home and any UK & Ireland office location. BAM operates a flexible working policy.

Your mission

The Frameworks Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the organisation's frameworks and call-off contracts, ensuring compliance, optimising performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Taking responsibility of the risk and governance of all tenders applying BAM baseline and stage gate processes on all new framework tenders. This role will also collaborate with key stakeholders to improve business growth, enhance best practices, and support the internal promotion of frameworks and public sector business.

Key Responsibilities
• Framework Management:
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing frameworks and call-off contracts.
o Manage the renewal process for existing frameworks.
o Ensure compliance with framework obligations, terms, and conditions.
o Identify frameworks best aligned with business goals and manage new framework applications.
• Contract Performance & Reporting:
o Monitor and report on framework contract performance, including KPIs and revenue metrics.
o Compile monthly management information reports for frameworks.
• Business Development Support:
o Collaborate with the BD and Solutions Director to support business growth.
o Identify and implement strategic opportunities to enhance business within frameworks, particularly in sectors such as health and education.
• Opportunity Management:
o Manage portals, ensuring daily reviews of opportunities and down-selecting BAM-focused opportunities for leadership review.
o Download and review initial documents for all opportunities requested by leadership.
o Upload relevant opportunity information to SharePoint and manage corresponding folders.
• Data Management & Analysis:
o Regularly update CRM with accurate opportunity and framework data.
o Use Tussell and Tenders Direct to monitor expiring contracts and identify potential growth areas for the business.
• Internal Promotion: Assist in promoting frameworks and public sector business internally, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices within framework management.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in framework management or a similar contract management role, ideally within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of contract obligations, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience using CRM and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Tussell, Tenders Direct and other contract analysis tools.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams such as BD, Solutions, and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
