Framework Manager - Infrastructure

Location - West Midlands

We have an exciting new career development opportunity for a Framework Manager to join our team in the West Midlands from our Solihull office.

As an experienced Framework Manager based in the West Midlands, ideally with National Highways experience, you will oversee SDF and PDF framework compliance, drive sustainability, and build strong client relationships.

You will gain exposure to business development, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement to support Galliford Try's goals.

What will you be doing?

You will;

  • Oversee GT's framework compliance and contract performance, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships to drive growth and enhance client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with National Highways and industry leaders to implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Manage multimillion-pound contracts, leveraging change management and commercial strategies to optimize performance.
  • Assist in successful bid writing and negotiations, securing long-term contracts with a high conversion rate.
  • Champion net-zero initiatives and community-focused programs, fostering local education and employment opportunities.
  • Involved in the mentoring of junior staff, drive team performance, and lead product development initiatives to foster a culture of innovation.

About you

You will have a proven track record with National Highways Operations and framework work. You will be a strong collaborator with excellent relationship building skills. You will have the ability to successfully engage with clients and stakeholders in order to execute effective delivery. You will be a skilled innovator, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
