Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Group Financial Control team, reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you will manage all internal Group P&L and KPI reporting, design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to the CFO, Executive Committee, and Group Board, and enhance reporting processes to drive profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of daily, weekly, and monthly consolidated Group reports.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across Group Finance, Investor Relations, and divisional finance teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of divisional inputs and reports.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, including supporting the implementation of a new planning tool.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary for trading performance, interim statements, half-year reviews, and annual reports.
  • Maintain consistent use of the Group-wide chart of accounts and KPI definitions.
  • Manage the Group's annual planning timetable and consolidation of divisional plans.
  • Support Investor Relations with ad hoc queries and insights on trading and forecasts.
  • Assist the Director of Financial Control and Head of Group FP&A in delivering the financial control agenda.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering insightful reports and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion (desirable).
