FP&A Manager

ESP Utilities is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our fantastic team, contributing to our ongoing success and helping shape the next phase of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the company's valuation model, including updates to the model used for budgeting process.
• Produce & evaluate scenarios using the valuation model.
• Full responsibility for annual budget process.
• Develop and produce monthly FP&A reporting for department heads, including relevant KPI's.
• Maintenance and reporting for Commercial and Residential orderbooks.
• Development and support of Junior FP&A Accountant (1 direct report).
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to support other functions of the business.
• Provide support to GFC as required.

Person Specification

• Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant,
• Must have experience of valuation modelling, including model development.
• Minimum 3/5 years PQE experience, ideally in a multi-company environment.
• Advanced excel skills, PowerBI desirable but not essential
• Experience of working in a fast growth environment,
• able to problem solve and apply initiative in the absence of an existing process.
• Able to interpret and present data clearly & concisely.
• Able to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
• Confident communicator, used to interacting at all levels within the business.
